I am a member of IT Solutions (ITS) Joint Services team which is responsible for IT solutions lifecycle supporting activities of joint services in Aalto University. My responsibility is to ensure that Aalto Communication Service (COS) gets all the support and service from ITS in order to achieve their goals and strategical targets. IT related communication service development is done together in close co-operation COS teams and related counterparts

My main responsibilities are:

• Lead and ensure that development needs are addressed correctly and projects and activities reach their targets.
• Ensure and control of foundlings and recourses of development and project activities.
• Budgeting, supplier management, customer / partner satisfaction.
