Person profile

Miten aivot tunnistavat maiseman ja ympäristön? (by tietysti.fi / Academy of Finland)

How Your Brain Keeps You From Running Into Walls (by BrainFacts.org / Society for Neuroscience)

contact: linda.henriksson[at]aalto.fi

Research

I want to understand how we see, or more specifically, how the human cortex builds its interpretation of the visual world. With that goal in mind, I'm using neuroimaging (fMRI, MEG) together with multivariate data analysis approaches ('response decoding', representational similarity analysis).
