I am the head of IT Solutions for Research
- a team which is responsible for supporting research and innovation IT solutions in Aalto University.

We are also responsible for marketing, account and partnership management, and customer satisfaction of research IT solutions. We ensure that IT products and services are in line with Aalto University strategy and support the ongoing digital transformation

My main responsibilities are

• Leading team and the necessary collaboration and cooperation between different stakeholders.
• Be responsible for the life-cycle management of IT solutions by owning and managing the Research IT solutions portfolio. IT solutions must be operational, usable, reliable and adequate.
• Ensuring that the IT solutions are fully implemented and are delivering the expected benefits.
• Establishing and overseeing budgets, plans and policies.
• Being responsible for account management for the defined Aalto University schools and service units and partners to drive customer satisfaction and experience.
