I work as Assistant professor of Energy Conversion and Storage. I'm fascinated on how we can integrate renewable energy into our energy sector and one option for that is though energy storage. There are wide amount of materials and mediums where this low price electricity or heat can be stored: we are developing new ways of thinking these evergy carriers and their role at the energy sector. I'm looking innovative, multidisciplinary team members to discover new ways of thinking. In teaching side, I consider that learning by discovery to be the most efficient way to learn. I myself are all the time interested to discover new ways of teaching and challenge our students.
I work at Department of Material Science as a lecturer and I'm responsible of various courses on Sustainables Materials Production Master's program and Function Materials Master's program. My teaching is student activating and mainly work shop based.
I'm very active in reaserch on materials for renewable energy systems. Currently I work with Prof. M. Gasik in Eu project Solar To Hydrogen Hybrid Cycles (SOL2HY2) where my responsibility will be a material study for SO2 depolarized electrolyser and development of process design.
